Macaroni & Cheese A La MJ

* Basic Bechamel Sauce (1/2 Stick Butter, 1/4 Cup Flour, Salt, 1.5 cup Cream)

* Add (1/2 cup)Gruyere Cheese, (1/2 cup)Cheddar, (1/4 cup)Parmigian Reggiano

* 2 Tablespoons Sourcream

* 2 Tablespoons Brown Mustard

* Add cooked Macaroni noodles

Top with Toasted Panko and crushed Potato Chips

I would have baked this together too but our oven is currently storing a shitton of pots/pans and I didn’t feel like moving them just yet.

Verdict: TOTAL WIN. 5/5 Stars.

I can actually probably trim down on the cream factor and go with milk next time I make it as it can be a little bit too heavy after the …2nd or 3rd bowl.

I promise to make this for people this holiday season.
