Chicago style.

i keep hearing people raving about the Chicago deep dish pizza, but it’s still virgin territory for me. Apparently, there’s one pizzaria in Chicago that will Fed Ex a deep dish pizza anywhere in the USA. I will hafta try that out sometime.

That there is a stuffed pizza. Not quite the same as “deep dish”. I think it’s funny that the world equates Chicago pizza with deep dish, because I’ve lived in Chicago for 20 years and have never had one. I’ve had a lot of stuffed pizza though.

If you’re going to order pizza delivered across the country… make sure it’s a stuffed pizza.
