Moving? Staying?

I’m in that weird tossup mode re: Fall living plans right now.

#1. I have a great apartment and great people that I’ve lived with over the last year.

#2. For various reasons, it look slike we’re all going our seperate ways.

#3. But I have a PHAT apartment right now with parking, dishwasher, and my own bathroom.

So…

Do I

a) Try to find 3 new roommates or

b) Consider moving out of SF to maintain my cost/living ratio again

c) Find other folks looking for a roommate

Love that old cost/living ratio thing … which is why I’m way over in Oakland :-/

for purely selfish reasons: (a), most definitely. would hate to lose a good neighbor…

Ooohh… tough choices… I hate the uncertainty faced with roommates.

Without knowing all the details, I would say “A.”
