yeah best to warsh the hands immediately after aquaintance with a pepper… I’ve made the painful mistake of getting it in my eye and a case of the… uh… “hot rod” when peeing or having a private moment. The feeling is so wrong.

I hear that drinking beer helps with spicy foods and mellowing out the burning spicyness (sp?). Maybe that’s a great excuse to drink more beer!!
