I’m neurotic. This is not news.
Yet I do these little things that make me feel both strong and foolish.
It’s like I’m looking death straight in the eye and saying

“Whatever, Sailor.”

This is why I do little things like occasionally smoke; drive while on the phone, and well, today, feeling extra special indulgent, snarfed down a Big Mac Meal followed up by with a box of McNuggets.

Yo, fat thighs and CardioPulmonary distress.
