Public Service Announcement: East Bay Area Serial Rapist: Targets Asian Women
My coworker spotted this man in her apartment complex immediately after he had attacked his most recent victim, an Asian Woman, in the east bay a few weeks back.
Be forewarned. Suspected to have over 30 victims, all Asian/Asian American women living in the east bay and south bay have been attacked. He poses as a plumber, uses a stun gun, and then rapes his victims. Be careful. Be smart. Always act like someone else is there at your apartment with you when you answer the door.
