A Sunday. And I’m here at work?
A good weekend.
Friday evening, I went home and settled in more. I’ve only a few boxes of nick nacks left and I’ll be all set. My TV will get moved down from the garage later this week and I’m resigned to the fact that I lost a good full bag of bathroom stuff.
Bummer, but not a bad set of casualties to have.
All I lost were:
Rotating Tooth Brush Electrical base
Shampoo/Conditioner for colored hair
Razor
Loofah
Deh Soo Gohn (A Korean super Loofah cloth)
Shower Gel
Sponge
I think that’s it. Not so bad huh? One flower vase broke as did a mirror. I did a prayer to ward off 7 years of bad luck. Terrible how superstitious Catholics can be.
Saturday, the wedding for friends Gene & Heather was refreshingly cozy. The sun was out early at the Hakone Gardens in Saratoga, and then off to the Plumed Horse for eats. No real program, just very intimate, and relaxed. I had the “duty” of getting guests to sign in their guest books. Perhaps I was a slacker, but regardless, I didn’t really feel like I had to do mucha dn most peopl arelady signed in with little encouragement. They were kind enough to get me a set of bath items (how nice that it replaces many of my lost goodies) that were in these huge tall 16″ narrow cylinders which looked just a little too much like, um, uh…, well, dildos. My mind is always in the gutter, but yeah, I say what other folks are thinking and too shy to express. Congrats G&H. You guys are too cute and lovely together.
Today I’m in the office where i’ts quiet and I’m catching up on *everything*
Peace Out folks,
Min Jung
